Our Membership Policies
By subscribing to any program or service offered by Options Made Clear, you therefore agree to be bound by these membership policies and terms of business. This Agreement is made between Options Made Clear and "You", the user and/or member of this service.
We reserve the right to at any time change these terms and conditions, amend course content, or change any fees in relation to the services provided.
1. Registration for Subscription/Membership
1.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or subscribe to any of our services. When you register to subscribe, you agree to (a) provide accurate information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form, and (b) to maintain and update your information so that it is complete and accurate.
2. Payment & Renewal
2.1 Payment for your subscription is due in advance of the subscription period you select. You agree that Options Made Clear will start your subscription immediately upon receipt of your payment and that you consent to Options Made Clear and our Third Party provider Teachable, providing you with access to the course as soon as possible.
2.2 All Options Made Clear membership types will continue on a recurring basis in accordance with the subscribed payment term (i.e. Annual Memberships recur every 12 months and Monthly every 1 month) until a cancellation request has been received and processed in accordance with clause 3.1.
2.3 Automated Renewals- By participating in an automated renewal program, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorised to charge your fee at the then current rate, to the payment method you provided during registration.
2.4 It is your responsibility to provide current and accurate payment method information. If you wish to change your payment method or information (i.e. credit card verification code or expiration date) you may notify us at paul.allen@optionsmadeclear.com.
2.5 If your monthly subscription or annual renewal payment cannot be processed (due to inaccurate billing information) or is declined (due to card expiry or insufficient funds ), your membership maybe temporarily suspended. We will contact you requesting that you provide updated or alternate payment details. We also reserve the right to pass on any additional administration fees incurred from our Third Party payment provider.
3. Cancellations
3.1 You may cancel your subscription to any Options Made Clear service at anytime by notifying us in writing at paul.allen@optionsmadeclear.com. Cancellation requests will take effect no later than 5 business days after we receive your notification in writing. You will continue to have access until such time as your request has been processed by us and/or our Third Party Payment providers.
4. Refunds
4.1 Learn to Trade and Money Mastery membership subscriptions are fully refundable if you cancel your membership within 14 days of registration. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will no longer have access to the course material and the Private Facebook Group.
4.2 Any cancellation requests received more than 14 days from your registration are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to the Learn To Trade program through to the end of your current billing period. By subscribing, you therefore agree and consent to this.
4.3 All refunds will be processed by our Third Party payment providers in accordance with their processing timescales, currently 20 business days. Refunds will only be returned back to the payment method you provided during registration.
5. Usage of Course Material
5.1 You agree not to transfer or resell your use or access to any course material (including download links or copies of any files you have download) and you must not share any content or login credentials (including download links or copies of any files you have downloaded) to course membership sites provided to you by Options Made Clear and our Third Party provider Teachable with any other Third Parties. Anyone found breaching this provision will have their access temporarily restricted or terminated in the case of repeated breaches.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Trading stocks, Options, ETFs, Currencies or Commodities are not appropriate for everyone. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. There is a substantial risk of loss associated with trading these markets. Losses can and will occur. No system or methodology has ever been developed that guarantee profits or freedom from losses. No representation or implication is being made that using our methodology will generate profits or ensure freedom from losses. Before deciding to invest, you should carefully consider your objectives, level of experience and risk appetite. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
6.2 The information we provide to you in our courses should be used for educational purposes only and is not intended to be personal financial advice. Information may only be reproduced with written permission from Options Made Clear. We recommend you seek your own professional advice before placing any trades.
6.3 Prior to buying or selling options, investors should read a copy of Characteristics and Risks of Standardised Options, which can be obtained at www.occ.com.
6.4 Options Made Clear, expressly disclaim all liability for the use of the information contained within our Course Membership Sites, Newsletters, Private Member Facebook Groups, or Social Media posts. Decisions based on this information are the sole responsibility of the user and in exchange for using the information presented, the user agrees to hold Options Made Clear and its affiliates harmless against any claims for direct or indirect damages made by the user based fully or partially on such information.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
